What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?

 American Happy Hour offers access to some services that are free but that require registration. We may use your registration contact information to send notification of American Happy Hour products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail. What other information do you request?

What information do you collect when I purchase something?
If you are purchasing something from  American Happy Hour, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose without your express permission. Wherever  American Happy Hour collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
Who do we share our information with?
Companies That Help Deliver  American Happy Hour Products or Services Sometimes we hire companies to help us deliver products or services (including processing your transaction, vendor direct shipping, credit card authorization and fraud prevention). In those instances, we need to share your information with these companies. Sometimes we also work with other companies who assist us in gathering your information in order to enable us and the other businesses of American Happy Hour to provide you products and services. IF  American Happy Hour purchases a business, the personally identifiable information received with that business would be treated in accordance with the privacy policy of that business on the date of sale.
